TIGERS WIN BAY QUINTE FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE
OVER THE CSS CHARGERS!
An outstanding achievement for these senior athletes
as they make history. The last B of Q Football title
came home to THS in 1974. |

This
year, the
prestigious Tiger Way Awards were presented to eight
Tigers who were nominated
by their teachers for demonstrating outstanding character
as outlined in the Tiger Way as well as the HPED Growing
With Character traits. This year, THS is proud to present
these awards to Rebecca Belliveau, Troy Broe, Ashley
Davy, Joshua Edwards, Paige Jackman, Ben Potts, Raven
Roe, and Amy Sadler. |
THS
HONOURS ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AT THE 2009 FALL RECOGNITION
& TIGER WAY AWARDS CELEBRATION
On Tuesday
November 3rd, over 350 attendants gathered to honour
and celebrate ‘Tiger Excellence’ in
academics as well as outstanding character. Over 100
students were recognized for achieving the top marks
in courses from grades 9 through 11. As well, THS honoured
students achieving a position on the Honour Roll in grades
9 through 11…an outstanding accomplishment
of achieving 80% or higher average over both semesters.
